Tenant Application Requirements
Prior to completing a rental application, please examine our prequalifying requirements:
- Must provide evidence of two (2) years of steady employment history.
- Must provide evidence of recent two (2) years steady rental or mortgage history
- Must provide two (2) most recent pay stubs
- Monthly income must be 3x the monthly rental amount
- Must provide last two (2) years’ tax returns (1040s only; supplemental schedules not required)
- Must provide last three (3) months’ bank statements
- Must provide a valid driver license or passport
- Must have no convicted felonies
- Must have no current collection accounts, judgments, tax liens, or bankruptcies.
- Must have have no bankruptcy less than two (2) years discharged
